Arrayed-Waveguide Grating Multi/Demultiplxer

Arrayed-Waveguide Grating Multi/Demultiplxer modules of an optical chip having focusing slab waveguides and a phase array of multiple-channel waveguides with constant path length differences between neighboring channels. The AWG modules function as 1¡än optical multi/de-multiplexers for Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) systems.
